Comes with rod bag with tags. Reel seat is very clean, with no paint chips on hood. Normal wear and a small piece of filler missing from cork, but a good cleaning of the main grip will get this rod looking amazing. All guides/wraps are clean and undamaged. Protective plastic is still covering inner butt cap.
